2️⃣ Refund Eligibility
An unboxing (opening) video is mandatory to claim a full refund.
The video must clearly show the package being opened from the beginning without any cuts or edits.
3️⃣ Refund Without Opening Video
If an opening video is not provided, the refund amount may be reduced depending on the condition of the received product.
The final decision will be made after proper inspection.
4️⃣ Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the courier partner.
5️⃣ Courier Service Issues
If you face any issues related to courier delivery, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp for assistance.
6️⃣ RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
In case of RTO (Return To Origin), the issue may take 7–10 working days to resolve.
If the issue occurs due to the courier partner, we will provide a full refund including shipping charges.
If the issue occurs due to the customer’s mistake (wrong mobile number, incorrect address, or unavailability at delivery), no refund will be initiated.
However, customers can adjust the product amount in their next order.
